What is a combined eyewash station?

A combined eyewash station, also known as a spray eyewash station, shower eyewash station, or safety shower and eyewash station, is a type of emergency first-aid safety protection equipment. It is equipped with both a spray system and an eyewash system, is installed directly on the floor at the work site, and is connected to the potable water supply. In the event of chemical splashes onto workers’ eyes, face, or body, the combined eyewash station is used for immediate flushing and emergency first aid.
