The Freeze-Protective Vertical Eye/Face Washer is a frost-proof, vertical eye and face washing station specifically designed for low-temperature environments. Built on the foundation of a standard vertical eyewash station, this unit incorporates an integrated freeze-protection system that ensures reliable operation across an ambient temperature range of –5°C to 38°C. When the ambient temperature drops below freezing, the built-in freeze-protection mechanism automatically activates to prevent water stored in the piping and valves from freezing, thereby guaranteeing immediate operational readiness in emergency situations. The device features manual push-button valve control, delivers an eye and face flushing flow rate exceeding 11.4 liters per minute, and provides continuous flushing for more than 15 minutes—meeting the safety standards required for workplaces in cold climates and offering dependable emergency protection for the eyes and face of personnel working in low-temperature conditions.
