- Commodity name: Standard Vertical Immersion-Plated ABS Eyewash Station
Standard Temperature Compatibility: Designed for typical working environments, with an ambient temperature range of 5–38°C and an operating temperature range of 16–38°C, suitable for both indoor settings and outdoor work sites in temperate regions.
The Common Type Immersed ABS Vertical Eye/Face Washer is a dedicated emergency eyewash station designed for ambient-temperature environments, with an operating temperature range of 5–38°C. It is installed directly on the floor at the work site and provides specialized eye and face flushing functions. In the event of chemical splashes to the eyes or face, it delivers a large volume of flushing solution for a minimum duration of 15 minutes to ensure effective decontamination.
Product Features:
1. Standard Temperature Compatibility: Specifically designed for typical working environments, with an ambient temperature range of 5–38°C and an operating temperature range of 16–38°C, making it suitable for both indoor settings and outdoor work sites in temperate regions.
2. High-Flow Rinsing Performance: Eyewash and facial rinse flow rate > 11.4 liters per minute, ensuring sufficient rinsing volume to rapidly dilute and remove chemical contaminants.
3. Durable, Corrosion-Resistant Construction: Core components such as the eyewash elbow, eyewash basin, and valves are made of SS304 stainless steel, while the main body is constructed from recessed ABS material, providing excellent impact resistance and chemical stability.
4. Convenient Installation and Operation: Equipped with a 200 mm SS304 base for stable floor mounting. The inlet is a 1/2" FNPT, and the outlet is a 1-1/4" FNPT, allowing direct connection to on-site potable water piping.
5. Reliable emergency response: Potable tap water is used as the flushing fluid, ensuring clean and safe flushing. The system is manually operated and can be activated immediately in an emergency.
Typical application scenarios:
- General Manufacturing Workshop: Emergency response procedures for chemical splashes, including coolant, paint, and cleaning agents.
- Electronics component production line: Rinsing operators’ eyes and faces to remove flux, solvents, and other chemical substances.
- Food processing plants: flushing requirements for accidental splashes of cleaning agents or acidic/alkaline disinfectants.
- Temperate-zone laboratory: emergency eyewash station for splashes of non-corrosive chemical reagents during routine experiments.
