The Common Type Vertical Eye/Face Washer is a standard vertical eye and face wash station, a fundamental emergency eyewash and facial rinse device commonly found in workplaces. This equipment is installed vertically on the floor, featuring a simple yet reliable design that comprises an eyewash basin, an eyewash nozzle, a control valve, and water supply piping. When an employee’s eyes or face are accidentally exposed to chemicals, dust, or other irritants, the user can quickly activate the valve by manually pushing it, thereby delivering a continuous, steady stream of rinse water that fully covers the eyes and face to promptly cleanse and dilute the contaminated area. The device delivers a rinse flow rate of no less than 11.4 liters per minute, sufficient for more than 15 minutes of continuous flushing, providing timely protective measures during the initial phase of an incident. It is suitable for a wide range of industrial and laboratory settings where there is a potential risk of splashing.
